A day in the life.

8:00 am : Punch in at work and get to work processing 30 pages of paperwork for 4 different departments to schedule services for two families I met with yesterday.

8:30 am : Meeting to go over everyone's services, concerns, rants, and raves.

8:45 am : Leave to go to a families home from yesterday to get a signature from disabled mother.

9:45 am : Walk in family to review their property and other arrangements.

11:30 am : Walk in family that wants to sell their property.

11:45 to 11:55 am  Lunch

12:00 to 1:30 prepared 30 ages of paperwork for afternoon at need appointment, get interrupted 5 times with miscellaneous questions and walk in families at front

1:30 to 4:30  Meet with afternoon at need appointment, plan entire service with 5 kids and 3 grandchildren.  Get interrupted by a family in tears that I helped last month.  She just wanted to say 'thank you'.  Get back with family still unable to schedule services but field a muriad of unrelated questions while at the same time they are wondering why it takes so long.  Leave them very happy and with a few of them asking me to contact them about pre-arrangements.

All great nice families and it's a good day, wish I could have appreciated the family that came in to say thank you more.
