Looks like fun for a day....

 

But could you imagine riding day and night for weeks on end in 25 knot winds atop this unprotected table in the middle of the ocean.  I spent today, today being from 11:00am to 3:00pm, on a beautifull Farr 40 Monohull.  By the end of the day I was wind whipped, salty and tired and I don't think retreating to the small hull floating in the air for a bit of a rest would have rejuvinated me for another watch.

 

Got to hand it to those career sailors, that's a rough job, where do I sign up!
