December 25, 2009. 65 deg sunny

Yesterday was Christmas Eve so I didn't get a chance to post
anything I worked most of the day and was happy that we got off a
bit early. Our office is still a disaster, the funniest thing about it
is that the GM left word before she went on vacation that she didn't
want any holes put in the wall so the staff took this to mean that we
couldn't hang up the various boards, shelves and boxes that we need to
function. The solution thus far for these basics of our workplace has
been to put them in various configurations on the floor creating a
sort of clustered maze in which to stumble through our daily activities.

Last night was nice our a nual Christmas Eve party went very well and
we got an opportunity to visit with many friends. What gets me every
year is the amou t of cookies and sweets that are put out, it seems as
if to run out of something would be an insult instead of what could
only be seen in my opinion a compliment to the great taste of something.

This morning Christmas was also at our home I must admit thAt I like
being able to stay home and ibwas thinking this morning how glad I am
that we don't have q broken home. Kari's parents are still together as
well as mine, there's no need to cart off to different homes for
Christmas and certainly Kari and I don't have to fight over who gets
Jacob on Christmas morning.

Either way the day went well and I got a new iPhone which I've really
missed. Have to really take care of it now.
